In this position, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support and data management services to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy across the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate administrative support to internal teams.
- Monitor, edit, and maintain both electronic and hard copy records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support quality assurance processes and assist in the delivery of information and documentation.
- Use sound judgment to prioritise and complete a variety of tasks under tight timeframes.
- Assist with mentoring and training new or junior administrative staff.
- Maintain working knowledge of relevant internal information systems.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback for system upgrades.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inconsistencies in processes and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in treatment or surveillance activities by generating bookings and appointments.
- Export, review and collate data for reporting and escalation to management.
- High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a State Government or public sector administrative role will be highly regarded.
- Bonus if you have prior experience using GIS mapping systems.
