Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Maintain and update departmental records management systems in line with compliance and privacy standards.
- Accurately manage data entry, data interrogation, and routine reporting using corporate databases and software tools.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and a customer-first approach
- Support the administration of business systems including online registers and internal systems.
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for audits, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Support the continuous improvement of administrative procedures and compliance practices.
- Strong administration duties to support various business functions.
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective general administration and records management support in a busy team environment.
- Strong digital and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- State/Local or Federal Government experience
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to deliver great customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and take initiative to resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
- A current police check is required (within 6 months of issued).
