Business Analyst - Government Projects

Full Job Description

We’re supporting multiple government transformation projects and are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who knows their way around complex public-sector environments. You’ll work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders across program streams to unpack requirements, improve processes, and support delivery of high-impact outcomes.

What you’ll focus on

• Lead requirements elicitation across business and technical teams
• Map current and future-state processes to support change
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear documentation for delivery
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation
• Maintain alignment to compliance, risk, and security expectations

• Strong track record across Federal and/or State Government projects
• Ability to obtain Baseline clearance (or already holds one)
• Skilled across key BA disciplines: requirements, process mapping, UAT support, benefits tracking
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with ICT transformation, service digitisation, or ERP / CRM uplift
• Baseline or pathway to higher security clearance
