About the Role
You will be handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, providing information, support, and assistance. This is not a sales role - there are no KPIs. Some administrative tasks will also form part of your daily duties.

- Immediate start required
- Full-time hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm across a 7-day rotating roster
- Initial 4-week contract, with the potential to extend up to 6 months
- If you can only work weekends or during the week, please specify this in your application. People who can work preferably throughout the week will be highly regarded.
- Genesys system experience
- Call centre experience - inbound/outbound
- Comfortable working on a 7-day rotating roster
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic administration and data entry capabilities
- A current (or recently obtained) Police Check is essential (issued within 12 months)
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
