We are seeking a reliable, high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills for a temporary Call Centre Operator to join our team for a 2-month full-time assignment starting early August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle calls with professionalism
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Previous call centre experience, preferably with State Government clients
- Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Current Police Check dated within the last 6 months (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time hours from 9 AM to 5 PM
