My client, one of Australia's leading Universities, has an exciting opening for an experienced Change & Comms Manager to join them for an initial 6 month daily rate contract, with the view to extend long term. They will be leading change impact analysis, readiness assessments, communications and stakeholder management for a large-scale, complex transformation program. The role will involve providing strategic advice and senior executive support, and will be responsible for developing communications plans.

The requirements:
· Experience in Change & Comms Manager/Lead role
· Experience with large-scale, complex digital transformation programs
· Experience in an Agile Change Practice
· Experience on Salesforce implementation projects (HIGHLY DESIRABLE)
· Experience in Higher Education (DESIRABLE)
