You’ll lead content planning, production and optimisation across all digital channels. Think channel calendars, social content, web/landing pages, email, SEO-led content, scripts, product explainers, brand comms.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Support to turn customer insights into content that educates, engages and converts.
What You’ll Do
- Own content strategy and calendar across web, social, SEO and CRM
- Write and edit high-quality content for campaigns, product launches and always-on activity
- Build educational and comparison content to drive consideration
- Manage day-to-day social content and community engagement
- Use analytics to optimise reach, engagement and conversion
- Maintain brand voice and set content guidelines
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in content, digital, or copywriting (ideally in tech/consumer/sustainability)
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Experience across SEO, email, social and web content
- Confident running a content calendar end-to-end
- Data-informed and comfortable using analytics tools
- Familiar with Webflow/CMS and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Creative, collaborative and able to turn technical detail into clear, human content
