$37.50–$40.36 per hour + Super
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Administration Officer to join a large government agency based in the Adelaide CBD. This is a full-time, 3-month contract with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, document processing, and filing
- Support internal teams with basic coordination tasks
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
- Handle enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Previous customer service experience (contact centre or front-line preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in government or large organisations highly regarded (not essential)
