Data Scientist
- Sydney CBD | Hybrid (2 - 3 days onsite)
- $140k - $150k + super (flex depending on experience)
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design data frameworks, uncover patterns in complex datasets, and translate findings into actionable strategies and scalable analytical solutions.
Skills & experience needed:
- Strong background in statistical analysis, modelling, and data exploration
- Proven ability to deliver efficiency-focused analytics and identify optimisation opportunities
- Experience designing analytical frameworks, KPIs, or automation strategies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency with modern data tools (Python, SQL, cloud platforms, visualisation tools)
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work autonomously
