My client, a leading Digital Transformation consultancy, has an exciting opening for a Design Director (Experience/Product) to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract, with the view to extend long term. The role will be working closely with their clients in the Financial Services industry in Melbourne.

The Design Director will be responsible for providing Design Leadership with Financial Services clients in delivery, as well as shaping Experience Design proposals and deals.

The requirements:
      
·      Proven experience in Experience/Product Design Leadership
·      Strong Consultancy background and proven consulting skillset (including experience shaping Experience Design proposals & deals)
·      Experience in Financial Services domain
·      Expertise in Design Research and Design Strategy
·      Any experience with AI technologies across design and delivery
