Our global Digital client is seeking an Enterprise Data Manager to document and manage data sources, flows, transformations, and assets. You will ensure data accuracy and support business use by defining key processes for capturing metadata across the enterprise data ecosystem. The organization and team are growing rapidly so it is an exciting time to join the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document data flows, schemas, and transformations in AWS Redshift and Looker.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and glossaries for business metrics.
  • Track data lineage from source systems to end-use dashboards and reports.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams on data platform improvements.
  • Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain processes supporting master data management.
  • Optimize data workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in data management & Data Governance . 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, dbt, Talend Stitch, and AWS Redshift.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
