We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership on a temporary basis (3-6 months). This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your skills and initiative will make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including diary and email management
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Travel coordination and arrangements
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team
  • Support in the coordination of events and support team members
About You

You are an experienced and adaptable Executive Assistant who can hit the ground running. You're detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in a changing environment.  Wanting someone who enjoys working in a small team and providing assistance where needed.  Someone who will jump in and help another team member without being prompted.  This is an opportunity for an immediate start for up to 3 months but all goes well then could be an ongoing role.  If you have State/Local government experience or similar experience in a different industry sector, would be highly regarded. 

You Will Have:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and multitasking
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A current (within the last 12 months) National Police Check- essential
