Fullstack Developer

We’re partnering with a fast-moving product studio that works closely with early-stage startups and first-time founders to bring ideas to life - fast. Their mission? Help founders build and launch MVPs that are affordable, performant, and ready to scale once product-market fit is proven.
They’re now looking for a Fullstack Developer
who’s not just technically solid but also excited about the evolving role of AI in software development. You should be comfortable working across the stack- React, Node, Python, and AWS/Azure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building end-to-end apps: frontend, backend, hosting and deployment
- Using AI tools like Cursor or similar to speed up dev time and boost productivity
- Collaborating with designers and startup founders to quickly test and iterate on ideas
- Working in a lean team focused on MVP delivery, performance, and usability for the first 10k users - not enterprise-scale apps
What We’re Looking For:
- Full Stack experience across web and mobile (React, Node and/or Python)
- Practical experience building and shipping apps (personal projects, client work, or startups)
- Comfortable with cloud platforms and deploying apps (basic DevOps knowledge would be enough)
- Someone who stays ahead of the curve and has used AI dev tools, even if it's in personal projects
- Based in Melbourne ideally - but remote candidates across Australia welcome
