What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade NAS (Network-Attached Storage) solutions
- Writing clean, scalable, and high-performance Golang code
- Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to develop practical storage solutions
- Creating well-documented APIs that integrate seamlessly with infrastructure systems
- Troubleshooting, optimising, and enhancing storage performance and reliability
- Participating in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior engineers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Golang development experience
- Background in enterprise storage or NAS systems
- Solid understanding of file systems, storage protocols, RAID, SSDs, and SAN
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals relevant to storage infrastructure
- Experience building scalable, production-ready systems
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills
Bonus If You Have
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience working in globally distributed teams
