We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join a busy team within a State Government department for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional who can hit the ground running and provide critical support across a range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a large-scale recruitment drive across multiple business units
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure data accuracy
  • Utilise CHRIS21 for employee records and HR transactions
  • Apply knowledge of Basic Determinations, Public Sector Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
  • Provide generalist HR support and advice to managers and staff
Essential Criteria:
  • Extensive experience working in a State Government HR environment
  • Proven experience with CHRIS21
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, payroll systems, and public sector employment conditions
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Current National Police Check (mandatory)
