Key Responsibilities:
- Support a large-scale recruitment drive across multiple business units
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure data accuracy
- Utilise CHRIS21 for employee records and HR transactions
- Apply knowledge of Basic Determinations, Public Sector Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
- Provide generalist HR support and advice to managers and staff
- Extensive experience working in a State Government HR environment
- Proven experience with CHRIS21
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, payroll systems, and public sector employment conditions
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Current National Police Check (mandatory)
