My client, a leading neo-bank in Australia, is currently seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join them for an initial 6 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension or perm conversion. The role will be for an exciting program in the lending domain (business banking), and will support the design and execution of a range of initiatives in the lending space.

The requirements:
      
·      Minimum 7 years experience particularly within Banking/Financial Services/SaaS
·      Strong domain experience in lending - specifically lending for business banking
·      Ability to influence without authority
·      Salesforce experience highly beneficial
·      Proven effective stakeholder management skills with internal and external stakeholders
·      Proficiency in Jira, Confluence etc.
