About the Role
You’ll drive the organisation’s technology strategy, uplift architecture capability, and oversee digital roadmaps across core systems, platforms, and enterprise solutions.
This is a senior leadership role, partnering with executives to influence investment decisions and guide long-term technology direction.
What You’ll Do
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy and principles.
• Lead a 10–15 person Architecture & Business Analysis practice.
• Build roadmaps across core systems, digital platforms, cloud, integration, and data.
• Run architectural governance and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Assess new technologies and drive innovation opportunities.
• Uplift delivery frameworks, templates, and capability across the practice.
What You Bring
• Strong background in enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Experience leading architecture or digital practices in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to shape governance, frameworks, and roadmaps across multiple domains.
• Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and a collaborative leadership style.
