This role will primarily oversee and monitor the movement of parcels from either the merchant or fulfilment centre and successfully to the carrier. This involves actively working with carriers across different functions to resolve problems, liaising with the Tech Team to solve issues, answering CS queries through Zendesk and completing carrier exception reporting. You will need to be able to work well in a team but also be confident in working alone and making decisions.
Snapshot of Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor the movement of parcels from either the merchant or fulfilment centre and successfully to the carrier.
- Liaise with carriers to resolve any courier/delivery cases to enable to close Zendesk tickets.
- Handle daily carrier exception reports. Monitor and fix Failed transfer to shipping & Address Validations.
- Be proactive and escalate when appropriate, delivering swift, efficient responses to Zendesk tickets.
- Attend a regular operations departmental meeting where you will be asked for inputs.
The salary for the role is AUD $80,0000 + super - might be scope for higher.
