My client, a leading Australian retailer, has an exciting opening for a Performance Engineer to join them for an initial 6 month daily rate contract, with the view to extend long term. They will be responsible for planning and executing performance and non-functional tests and designing workloads and performance tests.

The requirements:
      
·      Experience in Performance Testing
·      Strong Load Testing scripting experience with load testing tools
·      High attention to detail and proactive demeanor
·      Experience in JMeter/Gatling/Lighthouse/Sitespeed.io
·      Experience in AWS, or other cloud environments
·      Languages: Scala, Java, Shell Scripting
·      Retail/loyalty domain experience (high desirable)
