Our client is a premium wellness brand dedicated to providing high-quality, plant-based nutritional products who are committed to helping their customers achieve optimal health and wellbeing through scientifically formulated supplements and holistic wellness solutions. We’re looking for a highly driven performance-marketer, who loves being on the tools.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-end campaign management across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display,
- YouTube).
- Expansion and optimisation of other paid media channels (e.g. TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) where required
- Continuous testing and optimisation of audiences, creative, placements, and bidding strategies to drive
- acquisition and retention.
- Close collaboration with Creative (you’ll be briefing in creative assets), Ecommerce (brief, test & optimise
- performance landing pages), and Brand (deeply understand customer insights).
- Performance analysis and reporting: owning clear weekly/monthly reports and live dashboards.
- Tracking and attribution integrity using GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns with proven revenue-driving
- results.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and the ability to optimise for both growth and profitability.
- A love of data, and an analytical brain.
- Experience with feed management tools and product feed optimisation.
- A test-and-learn mindset: constantly experimenting, analysing, and iterating.
- Clear, data-driven communicator who can translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Passion for health & wellness is a bonus.
