Project Manager (ASO6) – Capital Projects
Location: Adelaide CBD 
Rate:$62 – $66.50 ph + Super 
Tenure: 3 months, with potential to apply for permanency

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (ASO6) to join a South Australian Government agency, delivering a wide range of capital works and facilities projects across a large statewide asset portfolio.
This role will see you managing projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to deliver safe, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose outcomes.

Key focus areas:

• Capital works and facilities projects, including security-related infrastructure.
• Information & Service Technology projects.
• Security Fencing projects in line with compliance requirements.
• CCTV system management and implementation.
• Swipe Access / Gallagher system experience (highly desirable).

• Strong project management experience in large/complex organisations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with government procurement and compliance frameworks desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, or related discipline (preferred).
