Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for residential development and a strong understanding of both private and government sectors? We are currently seeking two skilled Project Managers to join a South Australian State Government department, contributing to impactful and innovative housing development projects.

About the Role: In this position, you will play a key role in driving in-train housing initiatives and supporting the delivery of new, innovative housing projects across South Australia. Working within a collaborative government team, you will be managing project scopes, budgets, and stakeholder engagement across a range of residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple housing development projects from planning through to delivery
• Oversee progress on existing in-train residential initiatives
• Assist in shaping and executing new housing programs and strategies
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and government bodies
• Ensure compliance with government procurement frameworks and processes

• Proven experience in residential project management
• A mix of government and private sector experience(strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SA Government procurement practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
