What you’ll do:
- Drive planning and delivery across workforce, recruitment, and operational streams
- Coordinate stakeholders across clinical, non-clinical and executive teams
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies to keep the project on schedule
- Support documentation, reporting, and general project governance
- Ensure readiness activities are executed smoothly in the lead-up to relocation
- Experience overseeing a complex relocation or transition project
- Ideally exposure to hospital, healthcare, or clinical environments
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Someone organised, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity
