The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and growing existing accounts. This role calls for a proactive, commercially minded professional who thrives on building relationships, negotiating deals, and creating opportunities that deliver real results for clients.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts while hunting for new opportunities
- Own the sales process from first contact to deal close
- Lead meetings and negotiations with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Build long-term client relationships with a focus on understanding needs and tailoring solutions
- Track sales performance, analyse pipeline data, and adjust strategy to exceed targets
- Represent the business at industry events and networking forums
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, client services, and SDRs to maximise success
- 4+ years’ sales experience in digital services, SaaS, media, or tech
- Strong existing network within enterprise and mid-market clients
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy, familiar with CRMs (HubSpot or similar) and digital platforms
- Energetic, self-starter mindset with the resilience to hit and exceed goals
