The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be on the front line of growth – connecting with decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and setting the stage for long-term client relationships. You’ll combine curiosity, energy, and resilience to uncover new opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Meetings: Book and coordinate appointments for senior sales leads.
- Engagement: Understand prospect needs and clearly communicate how the company can help.
- Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
- CRM: Keep pipeline activity up to date with accurate data and insights.
- Managing media, SEO, and affiliate growth for a retail giant with 275+ stores nationally.
- Driving digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and Microsoft for global sports retailer
- Taking on the SEM account for ASX-listed retailer after a highly competitive pitch.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Great communicator – written and verbal – with confidence in starting conversations.
- Organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven, resilient, and motivated by hitting goals.
- Familiarity with CRMs and online engagement tools is advantageous.
