Step into a newly created Sales Engineer role with one of the world’s cybersecurity vendors. This is a chance to work alongside a Pursuit Manager on a high-impact mission: re-engaging some of Australia’s largest enterprise accounts and winning back household-name clients across banking, retail, energy, and more.

With world-leading solutions spanning a broad range of security software solutions and beyond, you’ll be at the forefront of protecting organisations against today’s most sophisticated threats.

What you’ll do:
  • Partner with the Pursuit Manager to develop account strategies and open new inroads with enterprise clients.
  • Run discovery sessions, demos, workshops, and proofs of concept to showcase solutions.
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor, helping customers map security use cases (e.g. threat prevention, hybrid mesh firewall, developer security, zero trust).
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and channel partners to drive account penetration.
  • Support bid responses (RFIs/RFPs) and represent the business at industry events and forums.
What you’ll bring:
  • 10–20 years in IT,  pre-sales experience at enterprise level.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity or networking solutions.
  • Excellent communicator, consultative selling, and problem-solver.
  • Ability to engage with senior decision-makers across industries.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCNP, CCSA/CCSE) are highly regarded.
