My client, one of Australia's leading technology companies, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join them for an initial 6 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension. The role will be responsible for leading project process automation, designing solutions and managing enhancements within Workday across APAC.

The requirements:
· Strong Business Analysis (5+ years) experience in complex People & Culture (P&C) projects, including Workday
· Experience in P&C/HCM projects analysing and redesigning processes
· Strong understanding of P&C technology landscape
· Proven experience in Change Management
· Experience working across multiple geographies with different time zones
· Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with complex stakeholder setup and tight timeframes
· Strong experience in JIRA & Confluence
