My client, a leading Australian retailer in the cosmetics space, has an exciting opening for a Senior Customer Care Coordinator to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract, with the view to extend long term.
They will be supporting the OMA & Outbound Customer Care division, managing a team of 3 - 4 Customer Care Coordinators, overseeing day-to-day requirements and processes for Sales & Operations Planning, Logistics, Freight Forwarders and 3PL partners. The role involves team management and hands-on handling of enquiries, requirements and managing relationships.

The requirements:
· Experience in international freight management and processes
· Experience in tender processes
· Excellent stakeholder management experience, ability to build and maintain relationships
· Team management and development experience
· Advanced Excel skills including reporting
· NetSuite, X3 or similar ERP experience (Highly desirable)
