What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the bring-up of next-gen switch platforms from scratch through to mass production
- Work across the stack – from Linux kernel/device drivers to high-level applications
- Collaborate closely with QA, hardware teams, and international developers
- Contribute to one of the company’s flagship product lines in the networking space
- Tackle complex problems related to embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and networking protocols
What You Bring
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Strong C/C++ development skills, with a deep understanding of Linux internals
- Experience with Linux device drivers, BSPs, and embedded systems development
- Hands-on with interfaces and protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, Flash, GPIO, U-Boot, MII, MAC/PHY
- Knowledge of L2/L3 networking and routing protocols (STP, VLAN, IGMP, QoS, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable with fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Bonus Points For
- Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP
- Familiarity with networking technologies like NAT, VPN, DHCP, PPPoE, LLDP
- Contributions to open-source projects or deep system-level debugging skills
