We are working with a global consulting organisation who are working on a major government project long-term on exciting SAP projects. We are looking to add a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to their team. The person can be based in Perth, Melb, Canberra with some travel to Ballarat when needed or ideally based in Ballarat with a relocation package offered for anyone who would consider relocating.
 
Senior SAP Basis  Consultant

As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant you will lead a team on a large government SAP project. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP architecture, extensive hands-on experience, and a proven track record of executing complex SAP projects involving SAP ECC, SAP 4/Hana, SAP Netweaver, SAP Solution Manager.
 
For this role you will:
 
Guide clients in their SAP strategy and provide expert advice on system architecture, security, and performance optimization. Design and architect complex SAP systems, considering future growth and technological advancements.  You will Lead large-scale SAP Basis projects from conception through to delivery, managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in SAP technology. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Basis environment.  Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions by implementing robust quality assurance processes and standards.   
 
 
Requirements
 

• Baseline Security Clearance Required.
• Experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Basis administration, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems.
