They’re after an experienced Solution Architect to help design and deliver the systems, integrations and architecture that will power the RSP from day one.
You’ll lead the technical enablement of the retail platform — designing the OSS/BSS ecosystem (billing, provisioning, CRM, service assurance), aligning with wholesale access networks, and ensuring compliance with ACMA, TIO and TCP Code frameworks.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience designing OSS/BSS or telco architecture (billing, provisioning, CRM, API integration)
- Exposure to RSP/ISP setup or transformation projects (Opticomm, NBN, Uniti, etc.)
- Understanding of wholesale–retail integration, provisioning, and service activation
- Familiarity with ACMA/TCP Code/Privacy Act compliance in a telco context
- Ability to work hands-on in a greenfield, startup-style environment
