We’re looking for a vibrant, mid-level, Solutions Consultant to join the expanding Sydney office. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership to shape deals, prioritize initiatives, and ensure resources are aligned to deliver positive outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, technology and customer value.
You'll lead by example, sharing best practices across teams, and be a key voice in connecting our platform’s capabilities to customer outcomes.
You’ll be part of our Solutions Consulting team, a group of curious, creative, and customer obsessed professionals who collaborate globally. This team is driven by impact, supporting each other, pushing boundaries, and empowering others to solve complex challenges.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A collaborative, accountable approach to working with Sales leadership on deal strategy and resource prioritization
- First call presentation style, be able to take customers and team on a journey – a storyteller.
- Proven ability to translate business outcomes into value-focused conversations
- Confidence in owning and executing end-to-end proof of concept (POC) engagements
- A passion for enabling others—sharing best practices, multiplying impact across the org
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
- A growth mindset, demonstrated by pursuit of professional / career development
- Written and verbal fluency.
