Are you an experienced WHS professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented WHS Consultant to join a dynamic team within a State Government agency in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD.
In this short-term but impactful role, you'll support the implementation of the Health and Safety Representative (HSR) Strategy and assist the team in managing a high-volume workload. This is your chance to make a real difference by helping drive key safety initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the HSR Support mailbox – respond to enquiries, provide portal assistance, and support HSR Advisor request bookings and case management.
• Coordinate the HSR Heroes nominations – liaise with nominees, internal employees and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in developing essential resources – factsheets, website content, ROA packs, and more.
• Analyse data from eDMs and surveys, and follow up on action items.
• Support projects under the HSR Strategy – including administrative duties for the HSR Forum, training provider reviews, and production of the HSR Connect newsletter.

• Proven WHS experience, preferably within a government or corporate setting.
• Strong administration and coordination skills.
• A current National Police Check (NPC).
• Ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
