Originally from Manchester (and a lifelong Manchester United supporter), Lucas Nolan brings more than a decade of recruitment experience across Australia and the APJ region. He partners with high-growth and enterprise organisations to build Technology, Sales and Go-to-Market teams, helping founders and business leaders solve complex hiring challenges and scale with confidence.

Known for his consultative approach and long-term partnerships, Lucas is passionate about delivering quality hires that create lasting impact. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his partner, two children, and their golden retriever, Elvis, as well as playing golf and supporting his kids at weekend sports.
