Account Executive - Sydney   
   
THE ROLE 
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented  Account Executive  to spearhead sales growth, through identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities with mid-market/enterprise retailers. You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, cultivate strong relationships, and contribute to long-term business growth.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a strong and sustainable pipeline.
  • Increase their presence among mid-market and enterprise clients in ANZ.
  • Lead commercial discussions, craft compelling proposals, and secure 
  • long-term contracts with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets..
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience: 3-5 years quota-carrying, mid-market/enterprise sales in SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of the ecommerce, retail, logistics Industry - preferred, not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills focused on value and differentiation.
  • Team Collaboration: Positive energy and a collaborative team player.
  • Complex Sales Management: Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated meticulousness in managing accounts and processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Linkedin SalesNav and Salesforce CRM.
