Account Executive - Sydney
THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive
to spearhead sales growth, through identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities with mid-market/enterprise retailers. You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, cultivate strong relationships, and contribute to long-term business growth.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Increase their presence among mid-market and enterprise clients in ANZ.
- Lead commercial discussions, craft compelling proposals, and secure
- long-term contracts with prospective clients.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets..
- Experience: 3-5 years quota-carrying, mid-market/enterprise sales in SaaS environment.
- Understanding of the ecommerce, retail, logistics Industry - preferred, not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills focused on value and differentiation.
- Team Collaboration: Positive energy and a collaborative team player.
- Complex Sales Management: Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated meticulousness in managing accounts and processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Linkedin SalesNav and Salesforce CRM.
