As an Account Manager you'll be responsible for managing the relationship of existing accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. You'll build strong relationships, drive customer loyalty, and ensure ongoing account growth. Collaborating with customer service reps to help manage the account and with sales teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
Experience across some of these needed:
- 5-7 years in sales with a track record of achieving revenue growth
- Exp in account managementm, retention and business development
- Exp within an MSP, systems integrator, or similar tech org a bonus
- Strong business acumen and ability to network and influence
- Experience managing data, pipelines, reporting and forecasting
- Experience using CRM Platforms such as Salesforce or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, quoting tools and vendor portals.
- A base salary based on experience and targets chosen.
- Salary can rise once in the role if you choose higher targets.
- Comes with a 60/40 split to OTE
- It's uncapped so the more successful you are, the more you get paid
- New logo wins earns a high percentage to help overachievement.
