Reporting to the DWC Coordinator, you will provide on-site concierge and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service for all users of the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations
- Deliver high-quality concierge and customer service support
- Ensure the centre operates in line with established standards and procedures
- Identify and manage operational risks
- Support user registration, inductions, and training
- Coordinate minor works, site maintenance, deliveries, and contractors
- Manage shared inbox communications
- Maintain booking systems and security access systems
- Monitor and replenish supplies and consumables
- Assist with weekly reporting and data collection
- Undertake workplace health and safety roles (e.g. First Aid, Floor Warden)
- Conduct routine inspections across multiple sites as required
You are a highly organised and approachable professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You can confidently manage competing priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
You will bring:

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Based onsite at Cannon Hill, 3 days per week
- Monday and Friday are fixed working days; the third day is flexible
- Occasional additional days may be required to support team coverage
