Location: Adelaide CBD
Pay:$37.51 - $40.36 per hour + Super
Start Date: Monday 9 February
Duration: 5 weeks initially (with possible extension)
An opportunity is available for an experienced ASO2 Administration Assistant to join a well-respected South Australian State Government department in the Adelaide CBD.
Key Duties Include:
- Processing Notice of Assessments (manual & Exflow)
- General filing, scanning and archiving
- Preparation and lodgement of simple individual and trust tax returns
- Processing deceased estate and trust taxation documentation
- Daily mail management and responding to ATO correspondence
- Maintaining taxation registers and client records
- MYOB and ATO client list clean-up
- Ad-hoc administrative support as required
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months)
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Experience in government, finance, or taxation environments highly regarded
