Our client is a large government department tasked with improving the lives of Australians. Our client is looking for experienced Administration Officers to join their busy team for a period of 6 months, on a temporary assignment with the potential to extend.
About the role:
- Manage frontline enquiries via phone and online channels, acting as the first point of contact for clients and providers.
- Coordinate appointments, update client records, and maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems.
- Provide administrative support including consent form updates, overflow tasks, and record management.
- Assist with implementation of a new Case Management System while supporting business-as-usual operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support training and learning activities within the service.
About You:
- Strong administrative experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Confident using multiple IT systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Able to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and meet KPIs.
Mandatory Requirements for the role:
- You must hold full Australian Citizenship
- You will be required to complete a Federal Police Check
- You will be required to obtain a Working with Children Card prior to commencement
