Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, timely procurement advice to internal stakeholders in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act (PGPA Act).
- Partner with business areas and decision makers to identify procurement needs and support early engagement to ensure effective and compliant procurement processes.
- Create, update and maintain procurement records within TechOne and BuyICT systems.
- Manage and maintain AusTender approaches to market, panel arrangements and procurement reporting obligations.
- Develop and maintain clear, practical procurement documentation aligned with best practice and internal processes.
- Support stakeholders with contract management and reporting, ensuring contracts are managed effectively and meet internal and external requirements.
- Provide contract relationship support for both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Promote and apply APS values, diversity, workplace health and safety, and participative management principles within procurement practices.
- Demonstrated experience using TechOne, AusTender and BuyICT.
- Strong knowledge of and training in Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and PGPA Act compliance.
- Proven ability to provide procurement advice and manage procurement processes within a government environment.
- Completion of, or progression toward, a Certificate IV or Diploma in Government Procurement and Contracting.
- Must have a current Baseline Clearance
