Within this role you will aid the design, build and rollout of a tech platform focused on enhancing the customer lending process & experience.
This role sits within a collaborative product team and offers strong exposure to lending and digital product delivery.
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you will translate business needs into clear requirements and support the delivery of product features from concept through to adoption. You’ll act as a key link between product, engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and maintain business and functional requirements
- Support roadmap planning, backlog management, and prioritisation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear scope, acceptance criteria, and quality delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third parties to manage dependencies and resolve issues
- Facilitate user testing and incorporate feedback into product improvements
- Track and report on delivery progress, feature adoption, and performance metrics
- 1–4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Exposure to financial services, lending, or fintech (preferred)
- Strong documentation skills across user stories, process flows, and test cases
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
- Confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
