The requirements:
      
·      5-10+ years experience in Business Process Analysis or Process Design
·      Expertise in Content Management/Document Management
·      Domain expertise in banking/Financial Services - particularly business banking for Small/Medium sized enterprises
·      Experience in a neo-bank/small banking environment strongly desirable
·      Ability to influence without authority
·      Proven effective stakeholder management skills with internal and external stakeholders
·      Proficiency in Jira, Confluence etc.
