You’ll work closely with the Technology Manager and key stakeholders across the business to align systems with operational needs, maintain high service availability and contribute to continuous improvement.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting for business-critical systems
- Manage integrations, data flows and system enhancements
- Contribute to solution evaluations, vendor engagement and project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes
- Support the organisation’s digital transformation initiatives
- 2–5 years’ experience in application support, systems analysis or a similar role (multi-site or retail environments advantageous)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
- Intermediate SQL skills with experience troubleshooting data and integration issues
- Exposure to SaaS/PaaS platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL/middleware concepts
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong communication skills with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
- Prior experience working in retail is advantageous
