My client, one of Australia's leading Universities, has an exciting opening for an experienced Change & Comms Manager to join them for an initial 6 month daily rate contract, with the view to extend long term. They will be leading change impact analysis, readiness assessments, communications and stakeholder management for a large-scale platform replacement program.
The Change & Comms Manager will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships to collaborate and help achieve project outcomes whilst causing minimal disruption to University researches, staff & students.

The requirements:
· Extensive experience in Change & Communications Manager
· Strong background in training is essential
· Higher Education domain experience
· Experience with large-scale, complex digital transformation programs
· Experience in an Agile Change Practice
