My client, one of Australia's leading technology companies, is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join them for an initial 6 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management across a complex databricks migration program, with extensive stakeholder management. The role is very much a 'technology/data change' position so change management experience across data transformations/programs is essential.

The requirements:
· Strong experience in Change Management delivering end-to-end, complex programs of works across multiple geographies with different timezones
· Strong experience working across technology change initiatives, in particular Data related change programs - experience getting into technical details and technical requirements - Databricks migration highly beneficial
· Excellent experience executing change impact analysis
· Proven effective stakeholder management skills including leadership/executive level
· Strong program change & communications experience (Not just BAU)
· Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, matrix environments with tight timeframes
· Strong experience in JIRA & Confluence
· Project Management certifications highly advantageous
