We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Contracts and Operations Manager for the duration of a 12-month maternity cover, to play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. For this role, experience in Contracts Administration is essential.
As a Contracts and Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of day-to-day sales operations. You’ll support consultants with sales administration, manage contractor care and compliance, oversee systems and tools, and partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Sales Support and Contractor Care
- Providing day-to-day sales support to consultants
- Managing the on- and offboarding of on-hire contractors & contracts’ extensions
- Being the POC for contractors, clients and consultants’ queries
- Track documentation and ensure contractor compliance requirements are accurate and up to date
- Support tender and RFP submissions by gathering compliance documents, and preparing polished response templates.
- Provide admin support to the sales teams terms of business, sales collaterals such as capabilities statements, etc.
- Assist with reporting, database maintenance, and administrative tasks that underpin sales activity.
- Acting as the primary contact of payroll platforms and operational tools.
- Lead system enhancements, integrations, and process automation initiatives.
- Organising systems trainings when required to ensure efficient use of our tools
- Overseeing operational process rollouts across the business
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system adoption across teams.
- Managing ad hoc projects assigned by the Managing Director
About you
- Previous experience in contracts administration is required, ideally in a sales/recruitment environment
- Experience in operations management
- Highly organised, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator who builds rapport easily across consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Confident working in a fun, fast-paced sales environment where adaptability is key.
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills; Canva (or similar tools) experience highly regarded.
