Our client is a large government department tasked with improving the lives of Australians. Our client is looking for experienced Customer Service, Call Centre Operators and Customer Support Officers to join their busy team for a period of 12 months, on a temporary assignment with the potential to extend.
About the role:
- First point of contact call centre/customer service environment
- Taking and managing inbound calls from clients and stakeholders
- Appointment and appointment correspondence management
- Responding on online and email queries.
- Responding to client and stakeholder queries in a call and timely manner
- Updating client records using the CRM
- Face to face reception cover as required
- Administration duties to include data and email/mailbox management
About you:
- You will have previous experience working in a call centre or client facing environment
- You will have strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- You will have strong written and verbal communicate skills, and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills, and previously used databases and relevant MS packages.
Mandatory Requirements for the role:
- You must hold full Australian Citizenship
- You will be required to complete a Federal Police Check
- You will be required to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children QLD Card) prior to commencement

- Full time hours Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 7am and 7pm - please note you must have flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm

- $54.88 - $58.53 per hour + super
