We are looking for 2 x Customer Service Representatives to join our clients team. These roles are designed to move CSRs into Account Manager or Sales Roles down the track. To start you would be supporting the sales team and our client providing support to clients, quotes, orders, answering customer enquiries and sales and back office tasks/administration.
Key Duties:
- Customer Service / Sales Support. It's Internal Sales Rep Role
- Managing - Quotes, Orders, Customer enquiries, Back-office administration
- Working with sales and account managers
- Recent university grads, customer service backgrounds or tech/retail backgrounds, JBHiFi etc
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, keen to build a tech sales career
- Candidates looking to build a long-term sales career, desire to learn and career ambition
- Need to be reliable and able to work office-based first 6 months before arrangements offers greater flexibility for hybr
- Salaries $65K to $90K + super
