This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning website content, product pages and campaigns end-to-end, and using data to continually improve performance.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimise website pages, collections, banners and promotions
- Upload and maintain products, ensuring accuracy across content, pricing, imagery and SEO
- Support ongoing site hygiene, updates and improvements
- Create and refresh blog content aligned to campaigns and trade communications
- Optimise content for SEO, usability and conversion
- Plan and execute eDM campaigns across trade and retail audiences
- Track website and content performance and share insights with internal teams
We’re looking for:
- Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or website content roles
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practice
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar CMS)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Confidence juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in trade, building, hardware or construction environments
- Basic email or graphic design skills
- Exposure to analytics tools like GA, Search Console or Klaviyo
