The Opportunity
This is a genuinely rare chance to join an AI product at a critical inflection point – where things are moving from early-stage/demo into real, scalable production.
You won’t be stepping into a fully defined environment. Instead, you’ll be helping shape it. This role is ideal for someone who wants to put their stamp on a product, influence technical direction, and be part of building something properly from the ground up.
The platform itself focuses on helping organisations move AI into production safely, with built-in governance, compliance, deployment, and monitoring. The work is highly practical, with real-world applications across industries like healthcare, transport, logistics, and government.
There’s a strong likelihood this extends beyond the initial term, particularly for someone who wants to grow with the product as it scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building backend services using C# and .NET
- Contributing to frontend development with React and TypeScript
- Designing APIs, integrations, and end-to-end data flows
- Working with AWS, CI pipelines, Docker, and Postgres
- Collaborating in a small, high-impact team with direct influence on technical decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
- Proven ability to take software from demo/prototype into production
- Solid understanding of AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. Postgres)
- Strong engineering judgement and ability to work autonomously
Nice to Have
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Background in start up or product-led environments
- Exposure to AI products or agentic AI workflows (not essential – training provided)
